Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle. This quote has been bumping around my brain as I’ve considered fighting stress with gratitude. Quote Fancy (which is where the image was created) has used it to create several wallpapers for your computer, if you want to use it as a reminder in your fight against stress.

Kindness isn’t hard, yet sometimes we get so busy that we miss opportunities for kindness. This is one of the reasons why I value Random Acts of Kindness. It forces me to out-think busy!
