- Process of testing the selected program(s) in classrooms
- Templates for collecting data from teachers, as well as feedback from students.
- Importance of modeling and observation to the process
- Process of pitching the idea to the literacy team and then how to get administrators excited.
- Launching a District-Wide Pilot
